    • IMHO it’s C
      To Penshurst, published in 1616, compliments Robert Sidney, 1st Earl of Leicester, younger brother of Sir Philip Sidney on his Penshurst Place. Throughout the poem, a utopian place is depicted with calm nature, abundant resources, and harmonious inhabitants. So I think option C is correct
